What Is A Vascular Laser?
A vascular laser is a specialised laser designed to target blood vessels within the skin.
The laser energy is absorbed by blood within the vessel, causing the vessel to collapse and gradually disappear while leaving the surrounding skin largely unaffected.
This allows treatment of many common vascular conditions without surgery.

Conditions Commonly Treated
Broken Capillaries (Telangiectasia)
Small red blood vessels commonly found on the nose, cheeks and face.
These vessels often become more noticeable over time and can usually be significantly improved with vascular laser treatment.
Cherry Angiomas
Cherry angiomas are common bright red vascular spots that can occur anywhere on the body.
Although harmless, many patients choose removal for cosmetic reasons or because the lesions bleed when scratched.
Angiokeratoma of Fordyce
Angiokeratoma of Fordyce are dark red or purple vascular lesions commonly found on the scrotum.
These lesions are harmless but may bleed and can be effectively treated using vascular laser technology.
Facial Redness
Selected cases of facial redness and vascular flushing may respond well to vascular laser treatment.
